Received Something Less Than Perfect? 🎁

We take great care in packaging your goodies, but if your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we are here to fix it immediately.

1. Snap a Video: To help us understand what went wrong, please record a quick unboxing video when you first open your package.

2. Say Hello: Share the video and your order details with us on WhatsApp (8240228533) within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us jump into action for you!

3. Ship it Back: Once we've chatted, simply send the item back to us in its original, lovely packaging within 10 days.

When Will I Get My Refund? 💸

As soon as your return arrives back at our home base, we’ll give it a quick check-in. Once everything looks good (unused and in original packaging), we’ll process your refund within 3 working days. It’s that simple!

A Few Little Reminders:

1. To keep things fair for everyone, we can only accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

2. While we always strive for top-tier quality, we cannot offer refunds based on personal style preferences—but we’re sure you’ll look amazing in what you chose!

3. If an item is returned and appears used, we’ll have to send it back to you (shipping is ₹125), and we’d much rather you be happy with a fresh product!
